PROOF OF VACCINATION REQUIRED FOR EVENTS & PRIVATE CRUISES UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE:
In compliance with New York State Mandate, the Vessels where our events & private cruises are held will require all attendess to provide proof of vaccination
for all cruises while the NYS Mandate is in effect.
At least 1 Shot of the active Covid-19 Vaccine is required by the yachts for entrance to all vessels.

FOR PROOF OF VACCINATION, YOU CAN USE THE FOLLOWING:
• CDC Vaccination Card: A photo or photocopy of this card is also acceptable.

• NYC Vaccination Record or other official immunization record from within or outside the U.S., including from your health care provider:
A photo or photocopy of this card is also acceptable. If you are unable to get this record, call 311.

• NYC COVID Safe App: Android | iOS. You can upload to this app a photo of your CDC vaccination card or other official record, along with your photo ID.

• Excelsior Pass (or Excelsior Pass Plus): To use this app, you will need the phone number or email address associated with your NYC vaccination record.
If you are unable to use this app, try one of the other options listed above.

We strive to keep everyone Covid free and healthy for the best experience but please note any interaction with the general public poses a risk of being exposed to COVID-19 and we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed while in attendance at the event, so we advise you to practice social distancing while at the event and follow our safety policies, as well as local laws and restrictions.

To address Previously Postponed Events from 2020:
• Tickets purchased for cruises that were postponed due to changes within local and state orders in 2020 will have an exchange credit for the 2021 season.
Guests have been emailed a list of dates to select an exchange date to attend. If you purchased tickets and have not received this email with a list of 2021 date, please email us at events@lowerdeckproductions.com. Please advise that Special Events Do Not Apply to an exchange credit. Once again, as per our ticket policy, there are no refunds and only exchange credits will be offered for these previously postponed events.

Birthday Packages apply to our 21 & Over Midnight Cruises on select dates:

Birthday Packages are Based on the Amount of Tickets purchased through the personalized birthday webpage that we create for you to send to your guests. Tickets start at $25-30 per person (price is subject to change) & each package has a minimum amount of tickets that must be purchased in order to receive that package. There are no additional package fees for a birthday package other than the price of the tickets & credit card processing fees associated with the ticket purchases.

The webpage is sent immediately however the complete package itself is Not confirmed until the minimum amount of tickets have been purchased. All tickets are first come, first serve so your guests will need to purchase tickets before the event is sold out. If you do not reach the minimum amount of tickets purchase needed, then you will not receive the birthday package which includes your free admission as the birthday person, meaning you will have to pay for your own ticket. Advise your guests to purchase tickets as soon as possible as all of our cruise events are sold out well in advance. All tickets are non-refundable, even if you choose not to have your birthday celebration on the cruise.

TABLE INFORMATION - HARBOR LIGHTS YACHT

Reserved Tables do not have seating for entire party at one time, but everyone in your group will have access to your tables all night. There are approximately 8 seats per table, depending on which level you are seated. Seating is available, but not guaranteed for each Guest. This is a Dance Cruise!
