All sales are final, unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. If the event is cancelled you will receive an automatic refund for the face value of the ticket. If an event is postponed you may request a refund for the value of the ticket. To request a refund you must forward your original email receipt to newyearseve@lowerdeckproductions.com. Refund requests must be made within five days of the event's originally scheduled date. Unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled there are no refunds.
