DIRECTIONS BY SUBWAY:

F Train to East Broadway
Take Rutgers St./Madison St. exit from station - Exit Walk east on Rutgers Street towards the water. Turn left on South Street heading north. Once you approach the Dept of Sanitation (on your right), Pier 36 is adjacent on the north side of Sanitation.


DIRECTIONS BY CAR:

From FDR Drive - Southbound:
FDR Drive South to Exit 3, towards South St/Manhattan Bridge. Stay straight to go onto FDR Drive. FDR Drive becomes South Street. Pier 36 is located at the intersection of South Street and Montgomery Street

From FDR Drive - Northbound:
South Street north (under the FDR highway), past the South Street Seaport (do not go on the FDR Drive). Continue north on South Street (under the Manhattan Bridge, Pathmark on your left), until you see the Department of Sanitation on your right. At the next intersection (South Street and Montgomery Street), turn right at the light for Pier 36. (the entrance for the FDR north will be directly in front of you at the light).

From New Jersey Turnpike:
Proceed to Exit 14C (Holland Tunnel)
Go through the Holland Tunnel and Take EXIT 5 on the left toward Canal St East.
Turn slight right onto Laight St...Turn slight right onto Canal St... Turn right onto Bowery.
Bowery becomes Chatham Sq. Turn left onto E Broadway...Turn right onto Samuel Dickstein Plz... Turn slight left onto Montgomery St. Turn right onto South St. and end at Pier 36, located at the intersection of South Street and Montgomery Street

From the George Washington Bridge:
After leaving GW Bridge, take Harlem River Drive exit, Exit 2, towards FDR Drive
Proceed onto the Harlem River Drive which connects/merges into FDR Drive S.
Take FDR Drive South to Exit 3, towards South St/ Manhattan Bridge. At the light at the bottom of the ramp – turn left and proceed under the highway - Pier 36 is directly in front of you. Pier 36 is located at the intersection of South Street and Montgomery Street

From Lincoln Tunnel:
Proceed through tunnel. Stay straight to go onto Dyer Avenue. Turn Left at West 34th Street. Merge onto FDR South to Battery Park. Take Exit 3, towards South St/Manhattan Bridge. Stay straight to go onto FDR Drive. FDR Drive becomes South Street. Pier 36 is located at the intersection of South Street and Montgomery Street

From Queens & Long Island:
Take the L.I.E. to the Midtown Tunnel/Manhattan. After Midtown Tunnel, Turn left on East 34th Street. Merge onto FDR South to Battery Park. Take Exit 3, towards South St/Manhattan Bridge. Stay straight to go onto FDR Drive. FDR Drive becomes South Street. Pier 36 is located at the intersection of South Street and Montgomery Street

 

TICKET POLICY: NO REFUNDS ON TICKET SALES:
All sales are final, NO REFUNDS, unless the official cruise event is cancelled, rescheduled, or the facility is closed due to unforeseen circumstances. All tickets purchased for a special event within an official cruise event, (for example, tickets purchased in relation to a birthday, bachelorette party, graduation, etc.), for which the guest of honor or organizer chooses to cancel or reschedule, are also non-refundable as the official cruise event itself is still scheduled. Our events cruise rain or shine. In the rare event that Coast Guard prohibits cruising because of extremely severe weather, we will contact you to make arrangments for a refund or you will be offered an optional exchange for a future event. If the official cruise event is canceled or rescheduled, you may receive a refund for the face value of the ticket or you may be offered an exchange for an upcoming date. To request a refund in lieu of an exchange for a rescheduled official cruise event that may be offered, you must forward your original e-mail receipt to events@lowerdeckproductions.com. Refund requests must be made within five days of the official cruise event's originally scheduled date & this is only an option if the official cruise event is canceled and not any particular reservations made within an official cruise event. Unless the official cruise event is canceled or rescheduled then tickets are not subject to any refund and shall bear no cash value. Under no circumstances is the processing fee refunded. If issued complimentary, ticket shall not be exchangeable. Management reserves the right, without refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management or security to be disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language, provides invalid identification, or who fails to comply with these or other management rules including dress code. All Guests must adhere to the rules of the event which include, age, proper ID, and we reserve the right to be selective to those that do not adhere to the rules of proper dress code attire. Breach of any of the foregoing will automatically terminate the license. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN. EVENT DATE & TIME ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during or after the event. Holder voluntarily agrees that the management, facility, participants, ticket merchant, and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners, and employees are expressly released by holder from any claims arising from such causes. In conformance with some local requirements or certain facility rules, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, controlled substances, bundles and containers of any kind may not be brought into the premises. Tickets cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed, and is valid only for the event for which it was issued. Tickets are not redeemable for cash. It is unlawful to reproduce tickets in any form. Unless indicated otherwise, prices include all applicable taxes, fees, and/or discounts (if available).
